Founded by Mr. Mumtaz Bukhari in 1972, today PHF is known for its professional performance and quality goods. At present Mr. Aqeel Abbas and Mr. Waseem Abbas (sons of Mr. Mumtaz Bukhari) are taking care of the business matters and represent PHF in international exhibitions
Where are you located? top
We are located in Sialkot, a city famous for its master craftsmen in the fields of Surgical instruments and also for Sports goods. Sialkot is about 2 hours drive from Lahore which hosts an international airport.
Which materials are used for production of surgical instruments? top
We use Japanese steel of the following grades:
410 series steel for non-cutting instruments.
420 series steel for cutting instruments.
300 series steel for hospital hollowware materials.
Are your products guaranteed? top
We offer life-time guarantee with our products. This means that we will provide
free replacements of instruments which are found to have any manufacturing defects.
This excludes damage caused to instruments due to misuse, mishandling and inappropriate
cleaning and preservation.
How can we start business with you? top
If you wish to be the exclusive distributor of our brand name in the whole or only a specified part of your country, you will have to provide us with following information that your company:

- has sufficient sales force to cover whole or a part of your country.
- has enough resources to generate sufficient business for us. ( the business volume can be negotiated).
- can provide satisfactory after sales services on our behalf, to the end users. This includes, if necessary, keeping all regularly needed items in stock.
- has a good promotion plan for our brand name.

Our distinguishing feature is our ability to react fast to our customers� particular requirements and mould our manufacturing capabilities.
We believe in establishing very close and long term relationship with our customers so that we can understand their particular requirements and can act accordingly.
We believe in providing a kind of service which guarantees our customers� total success in their market and thus help them grow.
What is your delivery period? top
It depends upon the kind of instruments and quantities being ordered. For all regularly needed items, we always maintain huge inventory levels and thus our deliveries for such products never take more than 4 to 6 weeks.
For specialized products, delivery depends upon a number of factors and can only be communicated once we have all the necessary information about the exact purchase plans of our customers.
What are your payment terms? top
We work through advance payment. Other payment options include C.A.D and opening of an irrevocable letter of credit. As a strict policy matter we do not offer credit facility.
Which international exhibitions do you attend? top
Since 1994, we have been attending MEDICA fair in D�sseldorf, Germany which is held in November every year. We also attend other national and international exhibitions in different countries, sometimes directly and sometimes indirectly with our local distributor.
