Manufacturing of surgical instruments is very complex and is a result of interaction between at least 30 different processes. Each section in our company is fully mechanized and has its own highly experienced and qualified supervisor who is always monitoring the work process to be performed under controlled conditions and according to set plans.

Most of the work processes are performed by automatic machines although certain activities are still dependent upon manual skills of our master craftsmen. The information flow system is completely automated ensuring quick decisions at the right time

Strict process control is exercised at each manufacturing process beginning from procurement of raw material to the finished device inspection and testing.

     

Our strict quality control at initial, in-process and final inspection coupled with numerous testing techniques ensures that only the highest quality products, that meet specific as well as regulatory requirements of customers, are shipped to them.
